At 401 Games, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your gameplay. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your 401 Games account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
